Today, the majority of
our dinner came from the plot: Duke of York potatoes, broad beans,
and minted lamb steaks. Utterly gorgeous. I don't think I've eaten
such FAB potatoes in a long, long time. They were the essence of
potato. “Three hours ago, these were still in the soil!” declared
OH proudly, who had cooked the meal.
