Neighbourhood watch

Next door have positioned a fake owl on top of our shared fence post. It looks like it's got a camera in it. Neighbour P is still massively sore that thieves took advantage of his van door being left open over night and nicked his stuff so now he wants to scare everyone. It scares me, mainly because I worry I will knock it off its perch and it'll smash my skull in as it falls.
