Been going for mushroom walks again in the evenings. This one looks like a Panthercap to me, one of the few deadly poisonous mushrooms there are on this island. Exciting! Didn't touch it though. Scary thing.
This one is a beautiful specimen of bay bolete (Maronenroehrling), found singly at The Spot Where They Normally Are, in mid-August. Cut it and dried it and will use in soup.
