Went foraging by the
river off the harbour. Harvested 1 kg blackberries and 5 litres of
elderberries which OH processes into 4 litres of elderberry cordial. We did that last year already -- it keeps really well. I like to pour it over my Turkish yoghurt and now rarely have to buy fruit yoghurt.
The blackberries are partially jammed, the rest is frozen.
OH made lovely veg soup
out of the chicken stock: 1 courgette, 2 small onions, 2 carrots.
