Managed to scrump another 2 kilos of cookers from next door --- who isn't harvesting hers!! They had fallen onto our property so that's not really scrumping, but neither is it an official picking.
Made a kick-ass tray of apple cake, with a cinnamon-ginger-cardamom crumble, a proper wintry cake, so nice you'll want to sit in it.
