Elderflower champagne now bottled!

And let's all hope it doesn't explode: we're using ex-Coca Cola PET bottles.

The "champagne" (really: fizzy elderflower ferment with lemons and sugar, 2% vol. at most) is surprisingly nice -- sweet but not cloying, lemony-fresh with  a subtle elderflower aroma. The bottling is a joint effort between OH and me and yields 6.5 litres. I shall make more of this!

Later, OH threatens "onion wine".
