| Finally sorted out the messy bed at the back, which was quite overgrown. Now much tidier with DIY border edging made out of string plus the branches lopped off the birch earlier in the year and saved. Will add some fragrant roses to this bed later. In there now: ageratum from seed, two hollyhocks, Japanese chrysanthemums from seed, can't remember what the red one was -- a kind donation from OH's side plus various from different pots grown over the spring. |
